Mobile App Development

Mobile apps that bring your business to your customers’ pockets.

We design and build easy-to-use mobile apps for iOS and Android that fit your business processes.

  • iOS and Android from one codebase — not the cost of two separate projects
  • Right-to-left interface for Arabic and Kurdish
  • Offline use that keeps working when the connection weakens

The Problem

In Iraq most of the contact with customers runs through the phone: orders, appointments and complaints all arrive there. But not every business needs an app — people do not install something they will open a few times a year, and if they do, it is the first thing deleted when storage runs low. The second common problem is ownership: if the app was published under the developer’s account, updates become impossible once you part ways, and the store listing is effectively held hostage.

Our Solution

Our first question is not “what kind of app” but “is an app actually necessary”. If a mobile-friendly website or a flow running over WhatsApp already covers your need, we say so plainly. When an app is the right answer — offline use, notifications, camera and barcode, field teams — we build iOS and Android from a single codebase. For Arabic and Kurdish the interface is laid out right to left. The app is published under your own developer account; the store listing, the signing keys and the source code belong to you.

How Pricing Is Determined

For mobile apps the price is set by the number of screens and the business logic behind them. An app that shows a catalogue differs from one that takes orders, collects payment and decrements stock.

What affects the price

  • Number of screens and flow complexity
  • Integrations such as payment, maps and notifications
  • Whether the backend is built from scratch or connected to an existing system

The needs analysis and quotation are free; we do not quote a price before the scope is clear.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we actually need an app?
Not always. If people are not going to open it regularly, a mobile-friendly website is usually the better and cheaper answer. What justifies an app is: having to work without a connection, sending notifications, using the camera, barcode or location, or a field team using it as a daily tool. If none of these apply, we do not sell you an app.
Do you publish the app to the stores?
Yes, we run the App Store and Google Play process — but the account is opened in your name. The stores charge their own annual developer fee, and that fee is yours directly. If a review rejects the app, we resolve the reason and resubmit; on a first release that is a normal step.
Do we pay separately for iOS and Android?
No. Because we build from a single codebase, both platforms move forward as one project. Only each platform’s own store and release requirements are handled separately. Compared with commissioning two separate apps, both the cost and the maintenance burden drop noticeably.
Does it work without internet?
It can be built that way when needed. For field teams, warehouse counts or service forms, the app keeps data on the device and syncs with the server once the connection returns. It is not needed for every app; offline support is extra design work, so we add it to the scope only when the need is real.
Does it support Arabic and Kurdish?
Yes, and not as a translation layer bolted on later. Because Arabic and Kurdish are written right to left, menus, lists, forms and icon directions flip in those languages, and date and number formats are handled separately as well. Designing for this from the start is both cheaper and sturdier than retrofitting it.
Is there update support after launch?
Yes. After launch we stay by your side for maintenance, updates and new feature development. With mobile apps maintenance is not an optional line item: iOS and Android each ship a major release every year, and apps that are not updated can eventually be removed from the store. We discuss and plan for this from the start.
Whose name is the app published under?
Under yours. The developer account, the store listing and the signing keys belong to your business, and the transfer of the source code is set out in writing in the contract. That means the app stays yours even if you stop working with us — this is exactly where people in this industry get burned most often.
