ERP & CRM Solutions

Systems that bring customer, stock, finance and sales into one panel.

We build ERP and CRM systems that unite your customer, stock, finance and sales processes in one panel.

  • Bring scattered information into one center
  • Receivables, collections and due dates visible on a single screen
  • Dinar and dollar accounts kept together, exchange differences shown separately

The Problem

What really strains businesses here is not the ledger but the receivables: who owes how much, which cheque falls due when, which dealer is late paying. That information is usually scattered across a notebook, a few Excel files and one person’s memory — and on top of it some accounts are kept in dinars and others in dollars, and the two never meet. The same data gets entered in three places separately, the figures drift apart, and at month end the argument is about which one is right.

Our Solution

We do not recommend rolling out an entire ERP at once — most projects that start that way are left half finished. We begin with the module that wears you down the most, which is usually receivables and stock. Once that module is genuinely in daily use we move to the next, so the transition happens without stopping the business. Dinar and dollar accounts are kept together, with exchange differences shown as a separate line. Because the interface can be Turkish, Arabic, Kurdish or English, the warehouse, sales and accounting each work in their own language while looking at the same data.

Benefits Provided

  • Bring scattered information into one center
  • Receivables, collections and due dates visible on a single screen
  • Dinar and dollar accounts kept together, exchange differences shown separately
  • An end to entering the same data twice
  • Interface in four languages: each team works in its own, on the same data
  • Phased rollout: module by module, without stopping the business

How Pricing Is Determined

ERP pricing scales with the number of modules and users. We recommend a phased rollout: start with the module that hurts most, add the rest once it settles — splitting both cost and risk.

What affects the price

  • Number of modules and the rollout order
  • Concurrent user count and number of branches/warehouses
  • Volume and tidiness of historical data to migrate

The needs analysis and quotation are free; we do not quote a price before the scope is clear.

Frequently Asked Questions

A ready-made product or a custom solution?
It depends on your needs, and we say which honestly at the end of discovery. If the need is standard, a ready-made product is both faster and cheaper; on the pre-accounting side there is a ready program for which we are the Iraq distributor, and we recommend it when it fits. If your processes are genuinely distinctive, or there is a point where the ready-made product bends you out of shape, we build a custom solution. A combination of the two is also possible.
Where should we start — do we roll out everything at once?
No, and we specifically advise against it. ERP rollouts done in one go stall because the team has to keep doing its job and learn a new system at the same time. We start with the single module that wears you down the most — for most businesses, receivables and stock. Once it is in daily use we move to the next. That way a rollback stays possible at every stage and the risk is broken into small pieces.
Can dinar and dollar accounts be kept together?
Yes, and it has to be designed in from the start. Every transaction is recorded in its own currency; reports show which rate was used for conversion and the exchange difference stands as a separate line. Multi-currency support added later usually does not hold, because nobody knows which rate the historical records were entered at — which is why we ask about it during the initial setup.
Can the data in our current program be migrated?
It depends on whether the program offers a data export. If there is an Excel or standard export, migration is possible; if the system is entirely closed we say so upfront and discuss the alternative — a clean start with opening balances. Before migrating we clean up duplicate records and give you a checklist, and we do not shut down the old system until you approve.
Why do ERP projects so often stall halfway?
Usually not for technical reasons. The three most common causes are: scoping too broadly at the start, never asking the people who will use the system daily, and migrating old data without cleaning it — all three cost the new system its credibility in the first week. That is why we move in phases, involve the actual users during development, and treat data cleanup as a step of its own.
How do user counts and licensing work?
With custom-built systems there is no per-user licence fee, so cost does not rise as the team grows. If we recommend a ready-made product, the licensing model follows that product’s own terms and we state it plainly in the proposal. We can work out together which route is cheaper over the long run, based on the user count you expect.
Do you train our team?
Yes. After setup we provide your team with usage training and the necessary documentation. We split the training by role — putting the warehouse clerk and the accountant through the same three-hour session does not work. We assume questions will come thick and fast in the first weeks and build that into the plan.
