Digital Transformation Consulting

Bring digital transformation to life step by step, in tune with your business.

We analyze your processes, choose the right technology and bring digital transformation to life step by step.

  • A clear, written roadmap of where to start
  • The output is yours: you can execute it with another firm too
  • Technology choices suited to the business — no tools bought for nothing

The Problem

Digitalization usually starts by buying a program and ends with that program becoming an icon nobody opens. The cause is rarely the tool; it is the order of operations: a process that was never properly defined even on paper gets moved to digital, so the mess simply continues at higher speed. There is also a quiet risk — if how the work runs lives only in one person’s memory, then when that person leaves it is not the system that stops but the business. That problem comes from nothing being written down, not from missing software.

Our Solution

We do not start by talking about software. We map how the processes actually run today, on site, and identify where the waiting happens and which information gets lost where. The output is a written roadmap: which step, in which order, with which tool and under whose responsibility. That document is yours — you can carry it out with another firm or with your own team. For some items the answer will be “do not buy software, change the process”; where that is true we write that too. We break the transformation up to match the pace of the business, because a plan the team cannot carry never gets carried out.

How Pricing Is Determined

Consulting pricing depends on how many processes are reviewed and how many days the work takes. Reviewing one department in a small business differs from a multi-branch engagement.

What affects the price

  • Number of processes and departments reviewed
  • Number of branches or locations
  • How long we stay alongside you during rollout

The needs analysis and quotation are free; we do not quote a price before the scope is clear.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do we actually end up with?
Not a slide deck but a document you can act on: a map of the processes as they are, the bottlenecks found, the recommended steps in order with the reasoning for each, plus the estimated effort and the responsible party per step. Alongside it, an explicit list of what should not be done. Who executes that document is a separate decision, and it is yours.
You also build software — can you be impartial?
It is a fair question and we do not pretend the risk is not there. We contain it in two ways: the roadmap is written independently of who will implement it and is specific enough to hand to another firm; and where a ready-made product — or buying no software at all — is the better answer, we state that plainly in the document. Wherever we do recommend our own service, the reasoning is written next to it so you can weigh it.
Is it suitable for small businesses too?
Yes, but the scope differs. In a small business the analysis takes days rather than weeks, and the roadmap comes down to a handful of concrete steps — often bringing order tracking into one place, tidying up the records and making sure backups actually exist. Applying a heavy methodology built for large companies to a small business wastes time and money; we do not work that way.
Do we have to replace our existing systems?
Not always. Where possible we recommend improvement and integration while preserving your existing investments. We propose replacement only when there is a concrete reason: the system offers no data export, the vendor has dropped support, or it is genuinely blocking your growth. We write those reasons out one by one in the document so the decision stays with you.
How long does it take?
The analysis depends on the size of the business and how many separate processes are in scope; days in a small business, weeks in a multi-department structure. Executing the roadmap is a separate schedule, broken into steps. We do not quote a duration before the scope is clear; at the end of the first meeting we put in writing what will be examined and how long that will take.
What if our team resists the change?
It will, and often not without reason. Most resistance comes from a new system adding work instead of removing it, or from being introduced without anyone being asked. That is why during the analysis we talk to the people who actually do the work — the most useful findings usually come from there. Where a management decision is still needed, we write that into the document; we do not hand software the problems software cannot solve.
Do you carry out the implementation as well — is that required?
We can, but it is not required. The roadmap is written clearly enough for another firm or your own team to take on the implementation. Some clients take the consulting from us and run the implementation in house; that is fine by us. If you do want both from us, each stage is priced separately, so you decide at which step you continue.
